 Have
you ever noticed how intensely a tourist scans his surroundings?
Everything is new and exciting. Seeing for the first time,
there is a sense of wonder and amazement. But this appreciation
should be how we view our entire lives, no matter where we
are. It is this concept that we have incorporated into all
our programs. Needs versus wants!
Quite simply, we teach people how to be tourists in their own backyard, wherever
that backyard is. And ultimately, they realize that the
whole world is their own backyard and we must work at all
costs to conserve our natural resources, protect our wildlife
and tread lightly upon the Earth.

help provide outreach programs for our local community and as a Backyard Tourist member
you will be be helping to support the goals and objectives
of the organization. Annual membership fee is $35.00.
